"Our rain water flows into large tanks and that which overflows, seeps back into the earth to replenish the water table. We use the beautiful clean water for our vegetable garden. There's nothing like the sound of the first rains of the year draining off of our roof and filling the tanks after the long dry months of summer have emptied them."
