The old man and the sea

The sea tells its own stories, of exploration, yearning, hidden depths, lives lost and found. The Point Reyes National Seashore holds my stories too - bonfires on North Beach, wildflower walks along Chimney Rock, birds and snakes at Abbots Lagoon, camping at Coast Camp, the occasional otter basking and the spout of a migrating humpback or gray whale.
